When you visit Cross Timbers Cabins, you will find a unique blend of traditional, rustic and modern styles. You may also find yourself wondering about the amount of effort that has gone into renovating these cottages into the charming, cozy cabins you find yourself staying in. The answer is they are not just another business or investment. They are being restored and updated as a small private family retreat. When not being used by family and friends, we rent them to guests visiting the area. When you stay with us you receive the same experience any of our family and close friends receive while saying at "the cabins" as we affectionately call them.
All of our family members have provided input as to how we want our cabins to look and feel as a family retreat. We are pleased to make them available to you. We know you will enjoy your stay.
This is a picture of our family while camping in the Northwoods of Minnesota in 2011 at Voyageurs National Park. We enjoy traveling together when possible and feel we should offer a memorable experience to our visiting guests.
If you are planning to visit the Lakes area of Southwest Missouri, we hope you will consider staying with us.
You can't visit the Ozarks (or even an "Ozarks" webpage) without a banjo song.
